The primary functions of this role include:
• Updating the information of return packages into the system
• Answering phone calls
• Basic office works
• Help the shipping department during the busy season
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer service and problem resolution
• A patient, polite nature
• Acute attention to detail
• Willing to work as a team (help other departments when needed)
